Booking Terms

The following terms apply to all bookings for hosting, compèring, speaking or event-related services provided by Charm Daley.

Enquiries & Confirmation

All bookings must be confirmed in writing via email. A booking is not considered secured until confirmation has been agreed by both parties.

Fees & Payment

Fees will be agreed in advance based on the nature of the event, location, duration and requirements. Payment terms will be outlined prior to the event and may require a deposit to secure the booking.

Cancellations

If a booking is cancelled by the client, reasonable notice must be given. Cancellation terms, including any applicable fees, will be agreed at the time of booking.

Charm Daley reserves the right to cancel or reschedule in exceptional circumstances. In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to offer an alternative solution.

Event Requirements

The client agrees to provide all necessary event details in advance, including schedule, location, audience type and technical requirements.

Where applicable, the client is responsible for ensuring suitable equipment is available (e.g. microphone, sound system, staging).

Conduct & Safety

Charm Daley reserves the right to withdraw from an event if there are concerns regarding safety, inappropriate conduct or conditions that may compromise delivery.

Recording & Media

Events may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. If the client requires restrictions on recording or usage, this must be agreed in advance.
