Overview

This Refund Policy outlines the terms relating to cancellations, refunds and payments for services provided by Charm Daley, including event hosting, compèring and keynote speaking.

As services are time-based and often involve preparation and scheduling, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Deposits & Payments

Where a deposit is required to secure a booking, this will be agreed in advance.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Full payment terms will be confirmed prior to the event

Client Cancellations

If a booking is cancelled by the client:

  • More than 14 days before the event:
    → Any payments made (excluding deposit) may be refunded

  • Less than 14 days before the event:
    → Refunds may not be available

Any specific cancellation terms will be agreed at the time of booking.

Rescheduling

Where possible, bookings may be rescheduled to a new date by mutual agreement.

Any payments made may be transferred to the new date.

Cancellation by Charm Daley

In the unlikely event that Charm Daley is unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances:

  • An alternative date will be offered where possible

  • If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided

Non-Attendance or Event Changes

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The event proceeds but the client no longer requires the service

  • Event details significantly change without prior agreement

  • There are circumstances outside of control once attendance has been fulfilled
