I’m Officially an Ambassador for Central Women’s Aid 💗

Empowerment, Community & Ending Domestic Abuse in Nottingham

Your girl is now an official Ambassador for Central Women’s Aid Nottingham and I could not be more proud.

For those who don’t know, Central Women’s Aid support women and their children to live free from fear. They provide life-saving refuge, practical support, advocacy and hope for families experiencing domestic abuse right here in Nottingham.

But this isn’t new territory for us. Zumba with Charm & fam have been supporting this small but MIGHTY charity for over 12 years. We’ve:

• Hosted Zumbathon charity events

• Collected toiletries for women entering refuge

• Raised awareness in our community

• Shown up in solidarity

Why This Matters So Much

Domestic abuse is not “someone else’s issue.”It’s happening in our city. In our communities. Sometimes in silence.

Supporting women and children escaping abuse isn’t just about money (although that helps!). It’s about:

Because when women stand together?We are POWERFUL.

Our Mission Continues

From 2026 onwards, supporting Central Women’s Aid will remain part of my classes and events.

We move with purpose.We dance with intention.We uplift with action.

If you’ve ever been to my class, you already know — this is more than fitness. This is community.
